Massage Therapist

Details & Requirements

Currently seeking Massage Therapists to work varying shifts.

-High School Diploma, or equivalent.

-Pay is bi-weekly and based on experience.

-Must be willing to come in for additional training, as needed.

-All positions are for employment, not independent contracting. You will help represent our company, so we ask for professionals only.

-Gratuities are cashed out each night.

-Employment over 90 days entitles you to one complimentary service per month.

-We offer a laid back environment, where the Therapist, Esthetician and guest are valued over profit. 

Pay is dependent on education and training.

Front Desk Staff

Answer Phones, Book Appointments, Run Transactions. Work Directly with clients so professional demeanor is required. Booker knowledge is preferred.

Background in Hospitality, Spas or other Customer Service based industry.

Knowledge of Booker, Excel and exceptional computer familiarity.

Job Duties

Answer phones, book appointments, check guests in and out, follow up as needed. Work with Spa Director. Full Time or Part Time hours.

Assisitant Spa Manager

Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations Napa Massage & Skincare. Working directly with Spa Director/Owners, Staff and Clients.
Background in Hospitality, Spas or other Customer Service based industry.
Basic understanding of local and state licensing requirements for Massage Therapists and Estheticians, municipal health regulations and federal and state tax laws.
Knowledge of Booker, Google Adwords, Excel and exceptional computer familiarity.
Hours: 11-7 Friday through Tuesday

Manage daily finances

Manage Employee Schedule

Create and maintain menu of services

Working directly with customers, booking appointments, dealing with customer complaints and inquiries.

Work with to manage appointments, and employee scheduling.

Requires ability to update website, interact with social media platforms (FB, IG, Twitter, Yelp, etc)

Inclusive of the following: Answer incoming calls, booking appointments, responding to emails, payroll reconciliation.

Conduct interviews, background checks and tax information for Employees.
